Holly Prophet MUHAMMAD (pbuh) said However ALLAH wants good for him 
He putts them to the test , He put them to the difficulties like diamond and Gold
that has to be burnt after which anything  bad from it to remove , so that to 
have Pure Diamond and Gold/(Bukhari . Muslilm)
